Not good at all. The rice never softened up. Maybe brown rice should be substituted for white instant rice.

This dish is creamy, flavorful, and smells delicious! It makes a great, satisfying side dish for people trying to watch their figure. It's not very sweet though- so I don't think it would make a good dessert.
