THIS RECIPE WAS DIFFERENT. IT WAS VERY CREAMY AND HAD A WONDERFUL FLAVOR. I ADDED ABOUT 1 TSP. OF VANILLA . IT WAS GOOD .

what you need

cups  water
1-1/3
cups  instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2
cup  raisins
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
1
Tbsp.  brown sugar
1/2
tsp.  ground cinnamon
1/2
cup  PLANTERS Sliced Almonds

Make It

BRING water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add rice and raisins; stir. Cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 minutes.

MIX sour cream, brown sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Add to rice mixture; mix well.

SPOON evenly into small bowls; sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp. of the almonds.

Creative Leftovers
Have leftover cooked rice? Heat 2 cups of the rice with 2 Tbsp. milk. Add sour cream mixture and serve as directed.
