  • Roll out dough on lightly floured surface to 9-inch square. Mix butter, brown sugar and 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon until blended; spread evenly onto dough. Roll up, starting at one long side. Moisten end of dough with water; press gently into roll-up to secure. Cut crosswise into 9 slices.
  • Arrange, cut sides up, in 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with towel. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Bake rolls 20 to 22 min. or until lightly browned. Cool slightly.
  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and remaining cinnamon until blended; drizzle over rolls. Serve warm.
