  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine 1/3 cup each baking mix and sugar, and cinnamon in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Add warm water to coffee in separate medium bowl; stir until dissolved. Add egg and milk; whisk until blended. Add remaining baking mix and sugar; mix well.
  • Pour into 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
  • Bake 18 to 22 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Sprinkle with 1 oz. grated BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate just before serving. Use a box grater to grate the chocolate onto sheet of waxed paper. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
