STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Cool to room temperature. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until set.
PLACE 2 of the cookies in each of 5 (8-oz.) dessert dishes. Top each with 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture. Arrange orange sections over gelatin; top with the remaining whipped topping. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
