  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Combine all ingredients except nuts.
  • Poke small holes in bottom of large disposable aluminum foil pan; fill with meat mixture. Place on grate of grill; cover with lid. Grill 15 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Top with nuts.

Substitute

Substitute boneless chicken or beef for the pork.

Use Your Grill Basket

Cook meat mixture in grill basket instead of the foil pan, shaking basket frequently.

Substitute

Substitute Planters Peanuts for the toasted cashews.

    Made as a stir fry since it is winter here and the outdoor grill takes too long. Used the mandarin oranges as suggested earlier, but recommend they get added during last few minutes. Also substituted Planters dry roasted peanuts since I didn't have cashews. Will certainly make it again...healthy, fast, easy and flavorful.

    Good - but the citrus isn't my thing. I don't think I would do it again but it is easy and look pretty. I used chicken which may have impacted it.
