Used the mandarin oranges as suggested earlier, but recommend they get added during last few minutes. Also substituted Planters dry roasted peanuts since I didn't have cashews. Will certainly make it again...healthy, fast, easy and flavorful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was delicious. This was delicious. My husband thought it tasted and smelled like Chinese food. My pork was not too tough, so the doneness of the pork may have to do with each person's grill, and cooking time will need to be adjusted accordingly.
