  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; pour over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each fillet.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat greased grill to medium heat. Drain fish; discard marinade. Grill fish 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this zesty fish with a mixed green salad, and your favorite hot steamed fresh vegetable.


Substitute lemon or lime juice for the orange juice.

Special Extra

Add 3 Tbsp. vodka to orange juice mixture before using to marinate the salmon as directed.

    Loved it! I used frozen concentrate OJ as it was quicker. It was VERY yummy. Even the 16 yr boy ate it and had seconds. Next time I will marinate longer than an hour for even more flavor
