Rated 5 out of 5 by from I received a ShowTime Rotisserie for Christmas. I received a ShowTime Rotisserie for Christmas. One of the foods featured in the info-mercial is salmon steaks. They also happen to be one of our favorite entrees. This recipe sounded so good I decided to try it for dinner the very next night. I followed the directions exactly. I decided to try the flavor injector, that came with my oven, and gently add some of the marinade inside the steaks. Then I followed the instructions I remembered from the show. They were delicious. Thanks for a great recipe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I strongly recommend using lime juice instead of orange juice -- it gives a zestier taste. I strongly recommend using lime juice instead of orange juice -- it gives a zestier taste. Also I didn't use the vodka and it still came out very excellent. I used vegetable oil instead of olive oil to decrease the calorie, fat and cholesterol intake. Finally I used the George Foreman grill -- VERY GOOD. Completely recommend to those on weight watchers. Salmon fillet is only 7 points and marinade is only 1. Very healthy and very tasty. Two Thumbs up!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I left out the vodka, I didn't have any in the house! I left out the vodka, I didn't have any in the house! And I didn't BBQ, I live in the Northeast and the night that I made it was too cold to go outside and cook on the grill. So I decided to marinate salmon fillets and bake them with a bit of the marinade for twenty minutes in a 350 degree oven. I am telling you, this was delicious, it was a welcome change from my usual fare! We loved it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is INSTANT summer and GREAT brain food! This is INSTANT summer and GREAT brain food! It is 74 degrees here in the midwest today (it's Feb 4th!). This grilled salmon recipe is great for grilling in the winter (when you need a little reminder that spring and summer will come agian!) Make this, include the Vodka (helps to marry the flavors). I make this dish a lot during the summer.

I have to watch what I eat, therefore, I find that this fish recipe is very simple, and easy to make. I find that I also can alternate the choices of fish. Not only did I use salmon steaks, but I also was able to use catfish steaks. It turned out wonderful. I also used it for shrimp on skewer. I highly reccommend this one.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This dish was unique but quite tasty. This dish was unique but quite tasty. Though the prep time was quick it took longer to cook than I normally like to spend for a regular family meal. I will probably reserve cooking this dish for meals that I have extra time on my hands to prepare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I cooked this recipe using lemon juice instead of orange juice. I cooked this recipe using lemon juice instead of orange juice. It was very good. I would just marinade the salmon for a few hours rather than one hour. Next time, I will definitely try it with orange juice. Gives the salmon a kick!!!
