Citrus Salmon Recipe - Kraft Recipes

what you need

1/4

cup orange juice

3

Tbsp. vodka (optional)

1

env. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix

1/4

cup olive oil

1

lb. salmon or swordfish steaks

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix juice, vodka, dressing mix and oil until well blended.

POUR over salmon; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Drain; discard dressing mixture.

PLACE salmon on greased grill. Grill 6 minutes on each side or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.

Substitute

Substitute lime or lemon juice for orange juice.

Loved it! I used frozen concentrate OJ as it was quicker. It was VERY yummy. Even the 16 yr boy ate it and had seconds. Next time I will marinate longer than an hour for even more flavor

This was great! The only change I made was substituting Orange-Pineapple Juice for Orange Juice (it's all I had) and cooked it on the George Foreman Grill.

This is a fabulous recipe even if you don't like fish! I make it with lemon juice and substitute Italian dressing for the dressing mix and olive oil. I broil it in the oven (10 minutes for each inch of salmon) and it is delicious!

Sooo good. Never liked salmon but this made it great. we cooked it on the grill and it was so good.

This is INSTANT summer and GREAT brain food! It is 74 degrees here in the midwest today (it's Feb 4th!). This grilled salmon recipe is great for grilling in the winter (when you need a little reminder that spring and summer will come agian!) Make this, include the Vodka (helps to marry the flavors). I make this dish a lot during the summer.

I cooked this recipe using lemon juice instead of orange juice. It was very good. I would just marinade the salmon for a few hours rather than one hour. Next time, I will definitely try it with orange juice. Gives the salmon a kick!!!
