    I must admit that I was skeptical about this one but boy was I wrong! The oranges give it a light sweet flavor which is perfect for hot day picnics.

    I agree with some others that it needs cilantro. also the addition of another fruit and cutting the pieces a little smaller makes this an excellent salsa for a variety of other uses as well.
