Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipes to bring to my baby shower. I made this recipes to bring to my baby shower. IT WAS A HIT!!! A lot of my guests asked for "my" recipe. I gladly gave it out. I changed it a little bit though. I made a double batch, I didnt put very much onion in it at all, and Im glad I didnt, I think the whole amount would have been overpowering. I also used Cilantro, not parsley and added pineapple. Served with tortillas..AMAZING!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is one of the best recipes I've ever made. This is one of the best recipes I've ever made. I made it for my house warming party this past weekend and everyone loved it! I substituted cilantro instead of the parsley and added a tablespoon of mango juice. I used the triscuits that are recommended and tortilla chips just for some variety. very good!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a great recipe. This is a great recipe. I made it for a bridal party and it got alot of compliments. I followed the recipe as called for however next time I would use cilantro not parsley. And I didn't like the Rosemary crackers, I used the original Triscuits, much better. Makes a great left over salsa too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very good salsa. This is a very good salsa. I really liked it with the Triscuits. The flavors blend well, I would make it again but my husband does not like onions so I would make it for a big function or in this case I made it for a bridal shower and again the guests loved, they also wanted the recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked this recipe. I really liked this recipe. I loved the combo of the sweet mandarin slices with the tangy tomatoes. It's a great summer salsa. I didn't have triscuts, so I just used some water crackers and corn chips. They both worked well. I will definitely make this salsa again.
