  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
  • Stir in sherbet with whisk until blended. Spoon evenly into 6 dessert dishes or medium serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

JELL-O Gelatin Preparation Tip

If you've added the boiling water to the dry JELL-O Gelatin and cannot get the gelatin to completely dissolve, place the gelatin in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on HIGH 30 sec. This should bring up the temperature of the water to a point where it is hot enough to completely dissolve the gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was about as easy as it gets! This was about as easy as it gets! I added a dollop of light cool whip when I served it and it tasted even more like a creamsicle than it already does. My whole family loved it. Will be making this a lot! Best part is how low in sugar/calories it is along with how good it tastes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So good! So good!...I don't care for orange jello, but my husband loves it, and I do like orange sherbet, so I thought I would try this recipe. I'm glad I did! It was so good, I made it again two days later. It's super easy, too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this with lime sugar free Jello and rainbow sherbert. I made this with lime sugar free Jello and rainbow sherbert. It would make a great holiday dessert, using half green and then half red Jello. Great, easy and low carb without the artifical taste. Thank you Kraft foods
