  • Mix honey, orange juice, mustard and vinegar until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Layer lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onions, oranges and shrimp on large serving platter.

    This would be an ok spring salad. Nothing really stuck out about it though.

    I would never recommend this salad to my worst enemy. The dressing was awful and oranges and onions should never go together!

    I would not make this recipe again because I did not like the sauce/dressing. I think it was the mustard in it.
