  • Tie kitchen string around asparagus. Stand, stem ends down, in saucepan of boiling water, with water just coming to bottoms of tips; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Drain; rinse with cold water until cooled.
  • Mix dressing, onions, lemon zest and juice until blended.
  • Arrange tomatoes on platter; top with asparagus.
  • Drizzle with dressing mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
