I make this every Christmas and my children and grandchildren love them. Found this recipe about 4 years ago and they request that I make them every year.

I made these for Christmas this year. I loved them even though I don't really like coconut. If you do not want the lemon-ey taste, I would reduce the amount. I did not use white chocolate, instead just used the semi-sweet and I'm sure they tasted just as good. Baking 20 minutes seemed a bit too long, I would start checking them after 15 because they start browning early and that makes for easy over baking.
