  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix all ingredients except buns until well blended. Shape into four patties.
  • Grill 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F).
  • Serve in buns topped with your favorite salsa or condiments.

Variation

For mini burgers, prepare as directed shaping meat mixture into eight patties. Grill 3 min. on each side or until cooked through. Serve in 8 split dinner rolls. Makes 4 servings, two sandwiches each.

Cooking Know-How

To prevent burgers from falling apart during grilling, refrigerate patties until chilled before cooking as directed.

I cooked mine on a George Foreman and it looked like it was starting to fall apart, but held up nicely. I did add a little seasoning to the meat but otherwise did not change it at all. My husband even asked if we could have them for dinner again the following night!
