For mini burgers, prepare as directed shaping meat mixture into eight patties. Grill 3 min. on each side or until cooked through. Serve in 8 split dinner rolls. Makes 4 servings, two sandwiches each.
To prevent burgers from falling apart during grilling, refrigerate patties until chilled before cooking as directed.

This was a simple, quick dinner to make. Everyone loved it. I cooked mine on a George Foreman and it looked like it was starting to fall apart, but held up nicely. I did add a little seasoning to the meat but otherwise did not change it at all. My husband even asked if we could have them for dinner again the following night!
Absolutely delicious and easy to make. My finicky ones loved it. I also added an egg and oatmeal as previously recommended and the burgers held up nicely on the grill.
This recipe could not be any easier! It is so good and is wonderful if you are in a pinch for time.
