this turned out great.if you don't have steak ground sirloin works good also,I did add a little more garlic and onion but thats my taste.YUM....
My first try at beef stroganoff so I wasn't sure of this recipe but it turned out delcious!!! A few minor adjustments though. First, I used beef stew meat and cut the pieces into smaller ones and marinated meat with Worcestershire sauce for about half hour. I added ahalf of can of cream of mushroom soup to thicken it up and consistency turned out just right! This is a keeper and easy to make.
It's pretty bland :S It was just filler, I'll probably add some cheese to the leftovers just so we can finish it up. Missing *something*, don't know what. Probably won't make again.
