To lessen the fat content, I'll use turkey bacon instead of plain bacon. It's very easy to make and I truly do enjoy it! I tried it with both blue cheese dressing and lemon pepper dressing; both were fantastic.

I live in a apartment, and can not grill, so after I finished with th bacon, I poured most of the grease off, and fried my thin chicken breast. My husband who is not much of a salad eater, said I can make it again. I've sent it to my daughter.
