What You Need

ripe avocado, peeled, chopped

Tbsp. lemon juice

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped, crisply cooked

bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, chopped

plum tomatoes, quartered

1/2

cup crumbled ATHENOS Blue Cheese

hard-cooked eggs, chopped

green onions, sliced

1/2

cup KRAFT Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

TOSS avocado with lemon juice. Place in large salad bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.

SPOON onto salad plates. Drizzle with dressing.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Best cobb salad I've ever had! I made it for a BBQ and it was the first thing that went. I served it with homemade ranch dressing.

This was one fantastic recipes. I live in a apartment, and can not grill, so after I finished with th bacon, I poured most of the grease off, and fried my thin chicken breast. My husband who is not much of a salad eater, said I can make it again. I've sent it to my daughter.

Given that it's avocado season, I've made this recipe about three times. It's extremely delicious. To lessen the fat content, I'll use turkey bacon instead of plain bacon. It's very easy to make and I truly do enjoy it! I tried it with both blue cheese dressing and lemon pepper dressing; both were fantastic.
