Just add one large box of sugar free vanilla instant pudding to the ricotta. So easy and delicious! Will cut the calories in half.

I moved to a part of the country where they don't make cannolis or even know what they are so I had to find something I could do myself and this fits the bill My family says it tastes as good as what we used to get

I added a bit more cinnamon and drizzled good quality melted chocolate chips on top for our Christmas celebration this year and it was a hit with the family. On person even said it was the best not-bakery-made canoli they'd ever had.
