    this is a good recipe but to make it more dietary friendly instead of adding the powder sugar and all the spices. Just add one large box of sugar free vanilla instant pudding to the ricotta. So easy and delicious! Will cut the calories in half.

    I added a bit more cinnamon and drizzled good quality melted chocolate chips on top for our Christmas celebration this year and it was a hit with the family. On person even said it was the best not-bakery-made canoli they'd ever had.
