What You Need

container  (32 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
3/4
cup  powdered sugar
1/2
tsp.  vanilla
1/4
tsp.  ground cinnamon
1/2
cup  miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

 cannoli shells

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

REFRIGERATE 30 min.

FILL shells with cheese mixture just before serving.
