Prepare as directed, using BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Add 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) to drained cooked macaroni along with the sour cream, cheeses and pepper to give this mac and cheese some kick.

I make this weekly. Husband loves it. I change it up usually by using different cheeses or adding garlice or some other powdered seasoning. Quick and easy.
I added chicken, and it was pretty good. I think next time I may add some garlic/onion powder to make it even better, but it was delicious
Too much sour cream! I would halve the amount next time. I also used crushed garlic and herb crackers on top instead of the corn flakes, they added a nice hint of flavor.
