Very versatile recipe. I doubled the mayo and left out the cream cheese, red peppers, and relish because I didnt have them on hand. Added in some paprika, green onion, and yellow mustard. It was a great way to use up leftover holiday ham. Can also be used as a dip with crackers.
Very good and quick to make. I made it with left over ham & added some chopped onion and celery.
