To make indoor s'mores, do not toast the marshmallows. Place 4 graham squares on microwaveable plate; top with chocolate and marshmallows. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until marshmallows puff. Cover with remaining graham squares; press together gently to secure.

This recipe was quite easy, but through trial & error, we discovered that it works best if you place one cracker and the marshmallow in the microwave and put the chocolate and the other cracker on after heating. The chocolate melted too quickly and ran all over the place otherwise.

The marshmallows actually get brown and toasty in there. Just be sure to watch them carefully and use some foil or the tray.
