Great and simple recipe! I sprinkled my bell peppers with shredded cheese once they cooled a little after being taken out of the oven! This recipe is a family favorite!!!
Made it exactly as described, and it turned out perfect. Husband thought it was delicious. I don't know that the dressing mix adds anything to it. I'd prefer to kick it up a bit and will try the spaghetti sauce and onion soup mix variation next time
My bf would give this 5+ stars, I'm giving it 4 because I think the prep can be better. I cut the tops off of the peppers and boil them in salted water until they are tender. I follow all the other directions as listed, but I think boiling the peppers first is key to them being 'done.'
