This savory Middle Eastern grain salad is made by tossing bulgur, tomato, green onions and parsley with an olive oil, garlic and lemon juice dressing.

cup  bulgur, uncooked

cups  boiling water

cup  olive oil

Tbsp.  fresh lemon juice

clove  garlic, minced

tsp.  salt

pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

cup  chopped fresh parsley
1
medium  tomato, chopped
1/2
cup  green onion slices

Make It

MIX bulgur and boiling water in large bowl; cover. Let stand 20 min. or until bulgur is softened.

STIR in oil, juice, garlic and salt until well blended.

ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
