Another variation...leave out the sugar and worchestershire sauce. Use V-8 or other veg. juice. Pour 1/3 inch of aspic mixture into a flat pan or Pyrex dish, chill until almost set, then arrange avocado slices and slices of Large pimiento-stuffed olives on top of aspic layer. Spoon rest of aspic over the veggies, and chill until set. Unmold onto serving platter. Mix equal amounts of Mayonnaise and sour cream for dressing. A pinch of horseradish may be added if desired.
