Clear-and-Creamy Parfaits

Whipped topping is stirred into flavored gelatin for a creamy texture then layered in dessert dishes with plain gelatin for pretty two-tone parfaits.

what you need

cup boiling water

pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
 Ice cubes
1/2
cup cold water
1/2
cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Make It

STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Discard any unmelted ice. Remove 1 cup of the gelatin mixture; set aside. Add whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended.

SPOON clear and creamy gelatins alternately into four parfait glasses or dessert dishes.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm. Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.

Prepare as directed, using your favorite flavor JELL-O Sugar Free Gelatin.

Garnish with cut-up fresh fruit just before serving.
