Rated 4 out of 5 by from We enjoyed this recipe but added more ingredients to it. We enjoyed this recipe but added more ingredients to it. I added 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, 1/4 cup diced vadalia onion and substituted chives for the green onion. I also added 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and it was very good and I would make it again. It is better eaten warm right out of the oven because it has a tendency to become soggy overnight.
