Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Bake and refrigerate flan as directed. Run metal spatula or knife around edge of flan. Invert onto plate; shake gently to loosen. Gently twist to remove pan. To soften any remaining caramel in pan, dip bottom of pan in hot water; spoon caramel over flan.
Sprinkle with additional toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut just before serving.

Really enjoyed this and it didn't last long.
Let me tell you, this was one of the best flan recipes that I've ever made. It was gone within minutes and asked if there was another pie. You can't go wrong with it. The only thing that I did different was that I used 8oz of evap milk instead of 12oz. I can't wait to make it again.
Made this recipe for a church function-WOW! What a hit. Completely gone. Delicious plus, so easy and so impressive. It's great even if you don't like traditional flan.
