Cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and toasted coconut are beaten into a fluffy frosting to spread over cakes or cupcakes.

oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg. ) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4
cup  (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1
pkg.  (16 oz.) powdered sugar
2
Tbsp.  milk
1/2
tsp.  vanilla
1/2
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Make It

BEAT cream cheese and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

ADD sugar alternately with the milk, beating until well blended after each addition. Add vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut.

USE to frost your favorite cake or cupcake recipe.

How to Toast Coconut
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread coconut into shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.

Recipe makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, top and sides of 13x9-inch cake or tops of 3 (8 - or 9-inch) cake layers.
