How to Toast Coconut
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread coconut into shallow baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Recipe makes enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8- or 9-inch) cake layers, top and sides of 13x9-inch cake or tops of 3 (8 - or 9-inch) cake layers.
