  • Mix first 3 ingredients; pour over meat, onions and peppers in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove meat and vegetables from marinade; discard marinade. Thread meat onto 8 skewers alternately with vegetables.
  • Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Prepare and assemble skewers as directed. Heat broiler. Broil skewers, 6 inches from heat, 3 min. on each side or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Substitute

Prepare using lite coconut milk.

If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
