Coconut-Pecan Frosting

What You Need

2
 egg yolks, beaten
2/3
cup  canned evaporated milk
2/3
cup  sugar
1/3
cup  butter or margarine
1
tsp.  vanilla
1
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
2/3
cup  chopped PLANTERS Pecans

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook and stir on medium heat 10 min. or until frosting begins to thicken. Remove from heat.

STIR in coconut and nuts; cool until of desired spreading consistency.

Special Extra
For extra nutty flavor, toast the coconut and pecans before stirring into the prepared frosting.
