Love this cake. This the third time I made it. 1st Time - try it out. My family loves it. 2nd- Made it for our birthday (My husband and me). 3rd - Made it for work (My birthday treat). Everyone loves it at work also. My Co-workers ask me for this recipe, and 1 of my co-worker is going to make for her son birthday. I use Coconut-Cream Cheese Frosting. Also I use a bundt pan and left it in oven for about 5-10 minutes longer.
This was very yummy. I made it with the philly cream cheese frosting recipe from kraft, and it was a big hit with my friends and family. Will definately be making this one more often.
Everybody loves this cake the only thing diffrent I did was put my own homeade frosting on it it was great!
