these were the first crispy treats i'd ever made...delicious and i'm not a big crispy treat fan. A MUST try for coconut lovers :)

What You Need

Tbsp.  butter or margarine
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
6
cups  KELLOGG’S® RICE KRISPIES® cereal
1-1/2
cups  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted, divided

Make It

MICROWAVE butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.

ADD cereal and 1 cup coconut; mix well.

PRESS onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining coconut; press lightly into cereal mixture to secure. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

How to Toast Coconut
Toasting coconut is easy. Just spread BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Or, spread in microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. Watch carefully as coconut can easily burn!
