Coconut-Shrimp Spread

This yummy cracker spread tastes just like everyone's favorite restaurant appetizer—coconut shrimp! No frying required.

What You Need

pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2
tsp.  lime zest
1
Tbsp.  fresh lime juice
1
tsp.  finely chopped fresh mint
1/4
lb.  cooked cleaned shrimp, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1/4
cup  BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended; spread onto bottom of disposable 9-inch foil pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with shrimp and coconut.

CRUSH 6 crackers; sprinkle over coconut. Wrap pan in heavy-duty foil. Pack in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination.

HEAT grill to medium heat. Grill foil-wrapped pan 12 to 14 min. or until spread is hot and bubbly around edge. Cool 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before unwrapping pan. Serve spread with remaining crackers.

Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Make Ahead
Spread can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap in foil, then refrigerate until ready to pack in cooler.
Use Your Oven
Heat oven to 350ºF. Assemble spread in 9-inch glass pie plate. (No need to wrap in foil.) Bake 15 to 20 min. or until hot and bubbly.
