To prepare on top of the stove, place caramels in saucepan. Add coffee and milk; cook on low heat until caramels are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Serve with cut-up assorted fresh fruit, cookies, JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, pound cake cubes and/or pretzels.
