Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until slightly softened.
Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Finely crush 16 cinnamon graham crackers; mix with butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill as directed.

I really like this. Of course I did change some things a bit cause I didn't have everything at home. I added a teaspoon of Vanilla and made my own crust. I used graham cracker crumbs, added some sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon to it. D-lish. I would definitely make this again.
After I mixed all the ingredients together the cheesecake looked like soup before putting into the pie crust but after it baked it was excellent and melted in your mouth. I used instant coffee instead of fresh brewed and worked out great; just made the instant coffee strong so it would not lack in flavor. This was a great cheesecake and Im actually eager to make it again in 2 weeks!!
