This scrumptious cheesecake, baked in a chocolate cookie crust, is flavored with coffee and drizzled with melted chocolate and a coffee-caramel sauce.

What You Need

pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1/2

cup sugar

eggs

1/3

cup freshly brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety, at room temperature

OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Coffee-Caramel Sauce

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.

BAKE 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.

REFRIGERATE 3 hours. Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie. Serve topped with Coffee-Caramel Sauce.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until slightly softened.

Cinnamon-Crusted Coffee Cheesecake Pie

Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine. Finely crush 16 HONEY MAID Cinnamon Grahams; mix with butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill as directed.

After I mixed all the ingredients together the cheesecake looked like soup before putting into the pie crust but after it baked it was excellent and melted in your mouth. I used instant coffee instead of fresh brewed and worked out great; just made the instant coffee strong so it would not lack in flavor. This was a great cheesecake and Im actually eager to make it again in 2 weeks!!

i put 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 teas.ins.coffee in 1/3 cup water .It was GREAT

I was very disappointed with this sadly to say because i love cheesecake and coffee so i had really high hopes for this and wanted to like it but the oreo crust was just terrible as for the actual pie it didnt have to much of the cheesecake texture and flavor i look for. The flavors really clashed with the crust. My family had to scratch off the crust before they even took another bite... Sorry kraft this is the first recipe that has successfully dissapointed me.

This is my favorite cheesecake of all time! I make this every chance I get and everyone else loves it too! I used a freshly cooled espresso instead of instant coffee and it turned out perfect!

made my own crust with about 24 pieces of oreo cookies. added the cream from the cookies into the cheese mixture. superb! remember to line the cake tin though. otherwise the cheesecake will crack.
