Coffee-Pecan Waffles

Coffee and chopped pecans give these waffles their Sunday-morning specialness. They're sure to be a hit with the brunchtime crowd!

1 doz. or 6 servings, 2 (4-inch) waffles each

What You Need

 All-purpose baking mix
 Brewed strong GEVALIA House Blend
cup  chopped pecans
cup  maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Make It

PREPARE batter as directed on package for 12 (4-inch) waffles, substituting coffee for the water. Stir in nuts.

POUR batter into waffle iron and cook as directed by manufacturer.

SERVE with the syrup.
