What You Need

cups (1/2 of 1-lb. pkg.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)

1/3

cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving 2 Tbsp. juice

1/4

cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

Make It

TOSS all ingredients in bowl. Cover.

REFRIGERATE 30 min. before serving.

This was a sweet-citrusy take on an old favorite. I had a partial jar of slaw dressing that I used instead of the Miracle Whip. I was a little hesitant to use the Miracle Whip, wondering if it would give it a "like coleslaw, but not like coleslaw taste." It turned out great with the slaw dressing.

Everyone loved this slaw! I've made it twice and 2nd time used crushed pineapple which I liked better. I also added little more pineapple juice and miracle whip to make it little more creamy. I will make it again!
