We have made this for years, Besides the pineapple, we add mini marshmellows and raisins.
This was a sweet-citrusy take on an old favorite. I had a partial jar of slaw dressing that I used instead of the Miracle Whip. I was a little hesitant to use the Miracle Whip, wondering if it would give it a "like coleslaw, but not like coleslaw taste." It turned out great with the slaw dressing.
I 100% love this recipe! Great for cookouts!
