Magazine Acquisition

What You Need

 round bread loaf (1-1/2 lb.)
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
pkg.  (10 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Oven Roasted or Smoked Turkey Breast
 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process American Cheese Slices
slices  OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon
 Sliced fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes, onions and bell peppers

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Cut 1/2-inch-thick slice off top of bread loaf; set aside. Hollow out interior of loaf. Reserve removed bread for making croutons or another use. Spread inside of bread loaf with mayo.

FILL bread shell with layers of half each of the turkey, cheese and bacon; top with vegetables. Repeat layers of turkey, cheese and bacon. Cover with top of bread; wrap in foil.

BAKE 30 min. or until sandwich is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into wedges to serve. (Or to serve as a cold sandwich, do not wrap in foil and omit the baking step.)

Serving Suggestion
Add baked chips and a fresh fruit platter to the menu and you've got all the makings for a party.
How to Make Croutons
Cut bread removed from inside of loaf into small cubes; toss with 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing. Spread in 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown, stirring after 5 min. Sprinkle over a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as CATALINA.
