What an awesome recipe that is quick to make and delicious to eat!!! We do like spicey foods so during the final steps of cooking, I added crushed red pepper. My husband is not so easy to impress and he absolutely loved this recipe!! This is a recipe we will use often....after all it's healthy, low in calories, delicious, filling and beautiful to serve!!!
My family really enjoyed this. We did discuss that it would be great with chorizo for a spicier dish.
