Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recepie! I love this recepie! It's quick, it's easy, and it freezes well. The only thing I do different is add chicken. I make it in bulk and freeze it in individual portions. On busy days all we have to do is throw it in the microwave. Since I add chicken to mine all I have to do is add a glass of milk and some fruit salad (made very popular to my toddler by the Wiggles). Talk about making life easy. On those days where you feel you can barely cook the pasta, much less the chicken, then chicken nuggets can easily be added instead.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe is high in sodium, that is why I do not make it very often. This recipe is high in sodium, that is why I do not make it very often. Kraft, can you please cut out some of the sodium? But when I do make it, I take finely chopped onions, green and/or red peppers, carrots, mushrooms and sautee them in connola or olive oil before adding them to the mac & cheese. I also add a little evaporated milk (in place of regular milk) and Velveeta Cheese. I have never tried zuccini or cucumbers but will do that next time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a great idea ... This is a great idea ... it's colorful and gets the kids used to veggies. Before I would make this for my children or for myself, there would have to be a healthier alternative to the mac and cheese. Kraft, what about whole wheat pasta ... less sodium ... and are there hydrogenated oils in that? You're going in the right direction by changing your advertising ... bravo, keep going!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I adapted this to the Old Fashioned MAc and Cheese. I adapted this to the Old Fashioned MAc and Cheese. I just added the carrots and zucchini to that. Cuts back on the sodium, and makes it healthier. The Low Carb pasta on the market is good for it too. My dad can have Low CArb but not hte regualr and you still can get a meal out of it. Somewhat healthy, and with the veggies it's wonderful.
