This recipe is great because it is so versatile with flavors and how it is served. To make it low-carb, I used sugar-free jello and regular whip cream. I served it in dessert dishes with a little extra cream on top instead of a pie crust. I used cherry and lime jello. Very tasty!!!

Simplicity and yumminess. I was pleasantly surprised with this one--and there are so many more possiblities and combinations. Not to mention, jello seems a nice, light, guilt-free dessert.
Only thing was, I didn't know how to refrigerate "until mixture will mound." What's that mean?
