Serve this cool dessert for special family get-togethers.
Prepare as directed, substituting 1 cup chopped chocolate-covered English toffee bars (about 6 bars) for the chopped cookies, using a ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust and spreading 1/3 cup butterscotch topping onto bottom of crust before filling with the pudding mixture.
Prepare as directed, reducing milk to 3/4 cup, adding 3/4 cup pureed strawberries along with the milk and omitting the chopped cookies. Line crust with banana slices before filling with the pudding mixture. Garnish with additional whipped topping just before serving.
