Cookies and Cream Pie

The beloved cookies and cream team is at it again, this time in a luscious pie that can be ready to pop in the fridge in just 15 minutes.

What You Need

cups  cold milk
pkg.  (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
cups  thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
cup  chopped OREO Cookies (about 7 cookies)
 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Make It

POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Let stand 5 min. Gently stir in whipped topping and chopped cookies.

SPOON into crust.

FREEZE 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer about 15 min. before serving to soften slightly. Store leftovers in freezer.

Serve this cool dessert for special family get-togethers.
Toffee Bar Crunch Pie
Prepare as directed, substituting 1 cup chopped chocolate-covered English toffee bars (about 6 bars) for the chopped cookies, using a ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust and spreading 1/3 cup butterscotch topping onto bottom of crust before filling with the pudding mixture.
Strawberry Banana Split
Prepare as directed, reducing milk to 3/4 cup, adding 3/4 cup pureed strawberries along with the milk and omitting the chopped cookies. Line crust with banana slices before filling with the pudding mixture. Garnish with additional whipped topping just before serving.
