What You Need

pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

OREO Cookies, divided

1-1/2

cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Decorations: 1 baby carrot and licorice pieces

Make It

BEAT pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. or until thickened.

LINE 8-inch round pan with plastic wrap. Arrange 14 cookies on bottom of pan, cutting to fit if necessary; cover with 1 cup pudding. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 24 hours.

UNCOVER dessert. Invert onto serving plate; remove plastic wrap. Frost dessert with COOL WHIP. Add remaining cookies for the eyes, carrot for the nose and licorice pieces for the mouth.

My teenage step-daughters love to help make it and LOVE to eat it! We have decorated it different ways for different occasions. Very fun!

Delicious!!! My children enjoyed this cake very much after a long day out in the snow. I made the cake the night before. Frosting the cake got a little messy because I let the cool whip defrost too long. Other than that, this was a sinch. Cute & fun cake for the kids to make & decorate.

Made this for Christmas 2007 and the kids LOVED IT!!! The adults couldn't stay out of it either. I am making it again this year at the request of the hostess. Super simple to make, cute and tastes great.

This was so gooooodddddd! Everyone loved it! It was very very easy to make and the kids loved the fact that they made it and I only got to help. Thank you very much for this recipe. I will definitely gain weight with this one! Which for all of us we could all use a few extra pounds. LOL
