Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy to make and super yummy! Super easy to make and super yummy! These taste great frozen or just refrigerated. I used 3 oz plastic cups and plastic spoons because that was what I had on hand. Next time, I'd like to make larger pops and use pop sticks. :) I'm debating on making this mixture, filling an Oreo pie crust, and adding whipped cream for a cookies & creme pie for dessert one night!

To make this recipe more healthy, I opted to use 1% milk, Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free pudding mix (white chocolate instead of vanilla), Fat Free Cool Whip, and Reduced Fat Oreos. For those of you who follow Weight Watchers like me, these yummy treats add up to a mere 1.5 points! I am not a huge cookies and cream fan but these were really tasty!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made the pops over the weekend and they were a big hit with my son and his friends. I made the pops over the weekend and they were a big hit with my son and his friends. I used 2% milk and I forgot the oreo cookies at the market, so I used graham crackers and they came out just as good! We have bad reactions to sugar free ingredients, so I used the regular pudding mix. Hope they are more goodies like that for the summer.

They were such a hit with all the kids and so easy to make together! There could be many variations on this recipe with different cookies and different pudding flavors. We're going to try peanut butter cookies with chocolate pudding next time!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These pops were easy and delicious. These pops were easy and delicious. They do get a bit hard to bite for little ones (my kids are 2 & 3) but they enjoyed them and they lasted a while so it kept them busy while hubby and I finished dinner. Next time I will make them healthier for us with reduced fat oreos and sugar free fat free pudding.

I did however crush a total of two extra cookies to scatter a bit in the middle layer.Just a few crumbs in each cup. I made 6 servings.I did not give it 5 stars as I want to try it first though I'm sure it will be very good.

You can use different cookies and different flavors of pudding. Our favorite is choco pudding with Oreos and a bit more Cool Whip than the recipe calls for!
